Grand Museum Exhibition in Chongqing, the Largest Metropolis of the World

On 26 November 2024, the exhibition CULTURAL SYMPHONY: Echoes of Contemporary Art in China opened with an impressive vernissage at the Hong Art Museum Chongqing. This high-calibre group exhibition presents works by 29 artists from 12 countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, France, Zimbabwe, Congo, China and Iran.
The exhibition brings together contemporary art from Europe, Africa and Asia and invites visitors to explore the boundaries between different forms of artistic expression. It is a testimony to the dynamism and diversity that characterise the global art landscape today.
Welcome speeches were delivered by Nour Nouri (Director of Pashmin Art Consortia). Zhang Hang (Director of Hong Art Museum), Jascha Dutkowski (German Consulate from Cultural Department of the German Consulate) and Wei Dong (General Secretary of Chongqing Artists Association).
